All pricing is per day (unless otherwise specified)
Payment terms: in full on commencing rental or at time of booking
Payment types: by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, cheque with guarantee card or cash. Under 25 year old drivers by credit card only
Local delivery can be arranged
Rentals by the hour can be arranged with a 3 hour minimum agreement - just 'phone for details
Additional drivers are acceptable subject to the normal qualification and at a minimum of £4.00 per day
All vehicles have a customer liability excess of £150.00 and £300.00 if you are under 25 years
The minimum age for the car (up to 5 seats and not exceeding 1400cc) is 23 years and the driver must have 2 years driving experience. For drivers under the age of 25 years there is an increase in the element of insurance only of £6.00 per day
The minimum age for van drivers is 23 years and the driver must have 2 years driving experience. The insurance element of the rental agreement will be increased by £6.00 per day
At high times of demand vans may incur a mileage excess charge, e.g. 200 miles f.o.c. then extra miles at 8p per mile
For vehicles with 6 seats or more the minimum age will be 30 years and the driver must have 5 years driving experience
The insurance can accommodate most driving licence endorsements and accidents that may have occurred in past years, but these do incur an increase in the insurance element of the rental - please just 'phone
Please note all daily rates are calculated from the reserved/booked time assuming a 24-hour day as long as pick up times are 0830 hrs (24 hours + hour rental = 2 times daily rate and so on). Out of normal office hours rentals can often be accommodated but only with prior notice
When you reserve a vehicle with us we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE!!
